The Dale Cottage

This is a well-appointed, end-terrace cottage just off the town square in Allendale, in South West Northumberland.This luxurious cottage provides the ideal base for a family or couples looking to explore this delightful area.
The open plan ground floor is bright and spacious and boasts exposed stone walls, underfloor heating, a woodburner and sumptuous sofas ensuring your stay is a relaxing one. The kitchen area has been well thought out with a dual fuel range cooker and plenty of space for the head chef and his assistants to create a culinary masterpiece. The kitchen also leads through a porch onto the patio and garden beyond.
Stairs from the living area lead to two sunny bedrooms. One bedroom has a double and a single bed, the other has one double. Both rooms have en-suite facilities and a handy day bed for extra guests. The rear bedroom has a staircase leading down to the rear garden below.
To the outside of the cottage there is a patio area and a large enclosed garden with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. A few steps from your cottage will take you to the shops, pubs and restaurants of Allendale, ideal for those who prefer to let someone else do the cooking.
