Rickles’ Room is our sunny double aspect bedroom painted in Farrow & Balls’ ground yellow and featuring a grey upholstered king-sized bed with storage drawers. The windows look out on two sides to different areas of the Market Place – you won’t miss a thing of the goings on in Allendale. The room has wood flooring and can accommodate up to two guests.
The ensuite bathroom features a shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin as well as towel radiator. There is also a smart 32inch TV with free-sat so you can catch up with news, your favourite show or cosy up for a movie in your room.
The yellow room, room 1, is named after Donald Jay Rickles, who was an American stand-up comedian, actor and author. He became well known as an insult comic and his prominent film roles included Run Silent, Run Deep with Clark Gable and Kelly’s Heroes with Clint Eastwood.
