COOPER’S ROOM – ROOM 6

Cooper’s Room is the largest room at the Dale Manor, hugely spacious it features a king-sized bed and two single beds (one of the single beds can also be turned into a double, please advise if you require this room to sleep 5 guests).

Two large windows overlook the market place, making this a light and bright room with an ensuite bathroom that has the only bath in the house (with a screen and shower over). A wardrobe made out of the old hotel’s upcycled floorboards and 4 large under bed drawers provide plenty of storage. Painted in Farrow & Balls French Grey this chic room accommodates 4-5 guests. There is also a 32inch smart TV with free-sat and a DVD player in our family room, so that you, or the wee ones can watch a favourite movie or show in their own room.

Named after Thomas Frederick Cooper, who was a Welsh prop comedian and magician. He habitually wore a red fez, and his appearance was large and lumbering, at 6 feet 4 inches and more than 15 stone in weight.

Our favourite quote: “You can lead a horse to water but teach him to lie on his back and float and you’ve got something.”
